Amends: Long Title, PART II, PART III, PART IV, PART V, ss 2, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 31 and 35.
Repeals: s 25 and PART VIII.
Subs: ss 7, 9, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32 and 34.
